iPad Version

When we will see an iPad version? That is the ideal form factor for long form submissions!

I love this app it has made my life easier and allowed me to get my job done .

Bad application, even worse customer service.

I have to use this application for work and have nothing but problems with it. After submitting trouble ticket after trouble ticket the only thing they have try to do to help is to delete the application and re download it. I was promised a call back to trouble shoot and it has been three weeks and still mo call. What a waste of money my company has spent on a bad product.

Clarity

I am glad that we have this application available so when we are out in the field we are able to enter our store observations as well as visits. One thing I am suggesting is to develop the application strictly for the iPad. It takes away from how valuable this application is when you first load it up and its really small. Develop a version strictly for the iPad to where its not pixilated due to having to zoom in to see it full screen. Thanks and I hope to see an iPad version soon, hope you take my review as something valuable to build on.

Crash after Crash

Similar experience to anther reviewer. Using this for work and it would crash very often. It got better, but I recently upgraded to iOS 6 and now it crashes all the time. Cant complete any visit now.

This tool allows me to view all of my activity and helps me to manage my territory. it is especially helpful with analyzing my daily, weekly and monthly activity. The interface is easy to use and the support team is terrific.

Great App!!!! I have not had any issues using my work I pad with this app. It makes productivity and tracking through GPS effortless.

Poor response

A lot of issues with submitting forms and checking out of a location..

Redundant & Inefficient

The designers of this app are doing the most to charge as much money as they can. They ask the most redundant questions: E.G. was appliance ABC at the location. When you answer “No” It will ask you “Were you able to post stickers on the appliance ABC. If this was a verbal conversation or a standardized test it would move on to the next set of question, not ask you where you able to apply stickers to an appliance that wasn’t available. This is the what one would call marginal lack luster subpar producers. When you ask them to do something that is logical and a fundamental part of any technology that is doing the same or similar, they talk to you like you Boo Boo the Fool with no clue as to what your doing; or, they tell you don’t use that function of their app.

The new update ruined what was a good app

The new iPhone update makes the app unusable. It’s takes 45seconds to a minute to load and then when it does everything but the location you are at shows up in nearby locations. Y’all should have fixed this before pushing out this unfinished, untested and horrible update.

Fantastic Product!

Honestly do not know where our organization would be with out this essential tool that has become woven in to the fabric of our organization! Use of Mobile Insight has made my team Proactive versus the reactive state we managed in prior to its implementation. Support for the product is the best I have ever seen. Crashes and bugs are minimal and fixed nearly in real time. Highly recommend this product to anyone considering it!

Overall Effective

Very effective in being able to document and build as it is needed for whatever project is in front of you. There is a great support team in place when it comes to building the functionality as well as gathering reporting and information to assist in overall running business based on the information gathered.
